How it works with Returns
There are two return methods, always accepted automatically without having to wait. The return is easy and safe!
We mean all those cases in which the return is not the customer's responsibility, for example in the cases of:
- Goods not in accordance with the description
- Goods received defective
- Goods received destroyed (warranty of the courier always included)
The return within 30 days is unconditional in the cases listed, after which the customer must use the manufacturer's warranty services.
The customer does not pay the return costs.
In these cases, it will be sufficient to report via email or through the appropriate procedure on our website.
In case you intend to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, or if you want to return a product as an afterthought, you can do it independently.
If you decide to ship the product at your own expense, you can use any courier as long as you provide a tracking code.
If you decide to ask us to collect the product, in this case the refund will be reduced by the amount equal to the return handling cost.
The cost varies depending on the case, especially based on the size and weight of the package, for this reason it must be agreed in advance.
In all these cases, the return is always the responsibility of the buyer , who will have to bear the cost of the return shipment.
